Solution: This works but is not really a solution, but a work around.There's a fuse box under the glove box on the passenger's side. With the car OFF, find the fuse for the HVAC system and pull it. Wait at least 2-3 minutes. Put back the fuse. Wait a minute or two, then start the engine. Do NOT touch the AC control panel at all for a few minutes as all the actuators will reset..
