My Solo 401k plan (a 2-participant plan) was with Fidelity but is now with E-Trade. I amended the plan to E-Trade’s plan because it allows Roth 401k elective deferrals and in-plan Roth rollovers (Fidelity does not offer either). I received a bonus from E-Trade for the assets transferred in and my E-Trade assigned rep is excellent.How it works.
