Yes, I got VTO TWICE during Peak for being a good little Amazonian even though VTO was blacked out, and the black out on VTO is what caused the confusion. Between ERC making lame attempts to keep applying the VTO, and in house HR cancelling it, I ended up -17 UPT for about 4 weeks.The UPT doesn't have to be used for a whole shift. If you are an hour late or you need to leave two hours early then you can use your UPT.
