Hi! I have a 3rd generation Nest that's performed flawlessly for the two years we've lived in this house. Suddenly, I'm getting a battery drained…The Nest did not know this, and showed the heat as on all the time, even when the furnace was shut down. Then occasionally, it would report a power issue with the thermostat because the furnace powered down as a safety precaution.Mar 20, 2023 · Re-insert the wires in case they are not properly inserted.
