In 2008 when we bought it, the warranty was a measly 5 years with no option to extend it via registration. Carrier won't do anything for us, so we're SOL. Apr 13, 2023 · The evaporator coil had been replace in 11/22 and this issue started 2/23 so i don’t thing anything could have caused a problem when the coil was replaced. When I ran the new wire to the infinity control and left off the Wi-Fi for 3-4 months the customer didn’t call with any issues or just ignored them.
